There's a brush fire in the sky. Well, it's not in the sky, but it looks that way. The horizon is burnt orange and the sun is blood red. You can look directly into it and pick out the hotspots. It's beautiful. I told a little boy who was playing in the apartment complex playground that the red sun signified the coming of the apocolypse. He didn't seem to be at all upset, he just kept rambling about Oreos or something.
